For urgent account issues, always contact us at support@grandviprp.com with your username and a description of the issue. Response time is within 24 hours.
Go to the Sign In page and click "Forgot password?" to reset your password via email. If you no longer have access to your email, contact support with proof of ownership.
If your account was banned, you will receive a notification with the reason. You can appeal bans by emailing support with your username and a clear explanation of the situation.
If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact support. We will investigate unauthorized access and secure your account.
Username changes are permitted once every 30 days. Submit a request through the Contact page selecting "Account Issue" and we will process it within 48 hours.
Account merges are handled case-by-case. If you have multiple accounts or want to transfer progress, email support with both account usernames and your request.
To permanently delete your account, email support from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We process all requests within 7 days.
