IC & OOC

IC = In Character (your RP persona). OOC = Out of Character (the real you). Always keep these separate — never use OOC info in IC situations (metagaming).

RDM / VDM

Random Deathmatch / Vehicle Deathmatch — killing or running over players without valid RP reason. Both are serious rule violations with immediate punishment.

FearRP

You must act afraid when your life is genuinely threatened in-game (e.g. a gun pointed at you). Ignoring realistic fear is a FearRP violation.

NLR

New Life Rule — after your character dies, you forget all IC events from that life. You cannot return to the same area or seek revenge for 15 minutes.

Powergaming

Forcing actions on other players without giving them a fair chance to respond. Example: /me grabs and ties up the officer instantly with no resistance possible.

CopBaiting

Deliberately provoking police to chase you without valid RP reason. This is against the rules and can result in a warning or server kick.

Forgot Password

Go to the Sign In page and click "Forgot password?" to reset your password via email. If you no longer have access to your email, contact support with proof of ownership.

Account Banned

If your account was banned, you will receive a notification with the reason. You can appeal bans by emailing [email protected] with your username and a clear explanation.

Account Hacked

If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact support. We will investigate unauthorized access and secure your account.

Change Username

Username changes are permitted once every 30 days. Submit a request through the Contact page selecting "Account Issue" and we will process it within 48 hours.

Merge or Transfer Account

Account merges are handled case-by-case. If you have multiple accounts or want to transfer progress, email support with both account usernames and your request.

Delete Account

To permanently delete your account, email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

VIP Membership

VIP Membership unlocks exclusive RP roles, priority server access, in-game currency bonuses, custom badges, and VIP-only event access. Contact us to purchase.

In-Game Currency

Purchase in-game cash bundles to kickstart your RP life. Bundles are available in multiple tiers. All purchases are processed securely through our payment portal.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if the item or membership has not been activated or used. Contact [email protected] with your order details.

Payment Failed

If your payment failed, check that your card details are correct and you have sufficient funds. If the issue persists, try a different payment method or contact your bank.

Charge Not Recognized

If you see an unexpected charge, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your account username and the transaction amount and date.

Chargeback Warning

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate account suspension. Always reach out to our support team first — we resolve issues fast.

Level 1 — Verbal Warning

Minor offenses such as minor OOC chat disruption, accidental rule breaks, or small RP etiquette issues. A staff member will warn you in-game or on Discord.

Level 2 — Kick

Repeated minor violations after a warning, or a single moderate rule break. You will be removed from the server but can rejoin immediately.

Level 3 — Temporary Ban

Serious violations or repeated kicks. Bans range from 24 hours to 30 days depending on severity and history.

Level 4 — Permanent Ban

Severe violations, repeated serious offenses, or zero-tolerance violations. Permanent bans may be appealed by emailing support with strong justification.

• Sharing private player info

How to Appeal

Submit a ban appeal by emailing [email protected]. Include your username, ban reason, and a clear and honest explanation. Appeals are reviewed within 72 hours.

Report a Player

To report another player for rule violations, use the /report command in-game or submit a report on our Discord server with screenshot or video evidence.

Economy System

A fully dynamic in-game economy with player-driven supply and demand. Prices for goods, services, and properties fluctuate based on player activity.

Commit crimes ranging from petty theft to large-scale heists. Police will respond based on your wanted level. Higher crimes = bigger rewards but bigger risks.

Business System

Start and manage your own business in-game. From food stalls to nightclubs and illegal fronts. Businesses generate passive income and RP opportunities.

Players can run for mayor, become city council members, or work in government departments. Government controls taxes, laws, and city development budgets.

Your character builds a reputation over time based on your actions. High reputation unlocks new opportunities. Bad reputation brings enemies and law enforcement attention.

Taxi Driver

Transport other players across the city. Great starter job — low risk, steady income, and you meet many interesting characters along the way.

Police Officer

Maintain law and order in the city. Respond to crimes, arrest criminals, and work your way up to detective, sergeant, or chief of police.

Paramedic / Doctor

Respond to medical emergencies, revive downed players, and run the city hospital. One of the most respected and in-demand roles in the city.

Lawyer

Defend players in court, negotiate plea deals, and handle property contracts. High-earning role that requires knowledge of the in-game legal system.

Chef / Restaurant Owner

Cook and sell food to other players or run your own restaurant. Food buffs give stat boosts, making chefs very popular in the city.

Mechanic

Repair and customize player vehicles. Run your own garage or work at the city auto shop. High demand job especially during active event periods.

Drug Dealer

Manufacture and sell illegal substances. High risk, high reward. Police patrols make this dangerous but the profits are significant for experienced criminals.

Bank Robber

Plan and execute bank heists with your crew. Requires coordination, getaway drivers, and insiders. One of the most intense RP experiences in the game.

Car Thief

Steal and export vehicles for underground buyers. Quick money but police are always on the lookout. Upgradeable skill tree for better car locks and faster steals.

Studio Apartment

Perfect starter home in the city centre. Small but affordable. Includes basic furnishing and a personal storage unit for your belongings.

City Apartment

Mid-range apartment with city views, garage space for 2 vehicles, and a personal wardrobe. Popular among working professionals.

Villa / House

Spacious suburban house with garden, 4-car garage, and personal safe. Great for players with families or gang leaders needing a base.

Luxury Penthouse

The most prestigious residential property. Top-floor views, helipad, 8-car garage, and exclusive VIP lounge access. Only 5 available in the city.

Shop / Store Unit

Retail unit in the city shopping district. Use it to sell goods, run a restaurant, or operate a legal business that generates passive daily income.

Warehouse

Industrial warehouse for storing illegal goods, running a chop shop, or managing large-scale smuggling operations. High risk, high reward property.

Nightclub

Run the most exclusive nightclub in the city. Host VIP nights, earn from bar sales, and use it as a money laundering front for criminal organizations.

Auto Garage

Operate a mechanic garage, chop shop, or car dealership. High-demand property especially for players with the Mechanic or Car Thief career.
