1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Grand VIP | RP Simulator, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google or Discord Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information during registration
• Keep your account secure and confidential
• Not share your account with other users
• Not create multiple accounts to bypass bans or restrictions
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

When using Grand VIP | RP Simulator, you agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff members
• Use cheats, hacks, exploits, or third-party software to gain unfair advantages
• Engage in hate speech, racism, or discrimination of any kind
• Spam, advertise, or promote other services without permission
• Impersonate staff members or other players
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with our servers or systems
• Share inappropriate, explicit, or illegal content in any game chat or forums

4. VIP Services & Payments

Grand VIP offers optional paid VIP memberships and in-game perks. By purchasing:

• All purchases are final — no refunds unless required by applicable law
• VIP benefits are tied to your account and are non-transferable
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue VIP perks with reasonable notice
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent account suspension

For payment issues, contact us within 7 days of purchase using the details in Section 10.

5. In-Game Rules

All players must follow the in-game RP (roleplay) rules:

• No RDM (Random Death Match) — killing without valid RP reason
• No VDM (Vehicle Death Match) — using vehicles as weapons without RP reason
• No NLR (New Life Rule) violations — forget your previous life after death
• No Metagaming — using out-of-character information in RP scenarios
• No Powergaming — forcing RP actions on others without consent
• Always respect and follow staff instructions during active situations

6. Bans & Suspensions

We reserve the right to ban or suspend any player for violations of these terms. Ban types include:

• Verbal Warning — minor first-time offenses
• Temporary Ban — repeated violations or moderate offenses (1–30 days)
• Permanent Ban — severe violations, hacking, or repeated bans

Ban appeals may be submitted using the contact details below. We review all appeals within 72 hours. All ban decisions are at the sole discretion of the Grand VIP staff team.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Grand VIP | RP Simulator — including logos, graphics, game design, website code, and written content — is the intellectual property of Grand VIP and its creators.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission
• Grand VIP name and branding may not be used for any commercial purpose
• Player-created RP content remains the property of the respective player

8. Limitation of Liability

Grand VIP | RP Simulator is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of in-game items, currency, or progress due to technical issues
• Downtime, server outages, or maintenance periods
• Actions of other players within the game
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be announced via our News page and Discord server. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
